Picture yourself pool side at this luxury resort located in Scottsdale, Arizona during the month of March. Peak travel costs are at the high point of the season.
What would you rather pay? $1,786.40 or $624. That's a difference of $1,162.40, or 65%, and the reservations are exactly the same.
Villa Mirage Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona

Friends, my name is Ron Traum and the above numbers are real because I booked this resort. A little further down I'm going to show you the actual invoice from Expedia, which is $1,786.40 and the invoice showing that I paid just $624.
Also note, the previous year we booked the same week at The Best Western in Mesa, AZ. before getting on board with this deal. Their "special rate" was $1,254.61. Wow! I wonder what their non-special rate was.
(You can view The Best Western invoice just below as well.)

As the invoice states the rate was $229 per night plus $26.20 for taxes and fees with a grand total of $1,786.40.
The Junior Suite accommodations were gorgeous. Living/dining area which included a flat screen TV, large marble bath & a first class, full kitchen with service for four.
I don't remember long-stemmed wine glasses at The Best Western.
Next comes our invoice for the exact same reservation.

These kind of savings are not limited to Arizona. We have access to over 5000 destinations world wide, 52 weeks per year, with many of the deals far better than this one. We just happen to have a single minded purpose that brings us back to Arizona in March. You may like Hawaii, Greece or the Caribbean.

This may be a little hard to read, so allow me to help.
The reservation is from March 14, 2009 till March 21, 2009.
As a returning customer I received their "special rate" of $1,254.61.
The Best Western in Mesa, AZ. for $1,254.61 or The Village Mirage in Scottsdale for $624? That "special rate" does not seem to special now. Bye bye Best Western.

After you fill in your info scroll down a little further and meet my latest best "Spring Training" buddy. I'm the guy on the left with the baseball cap.
Remember, I'm the guy on the left with my arm on "Joe Garagiola" after a book signing.
Go Cubs!
